A nursing home is sometimes a difficult place to visit. It isn’t easy to see our loved ones decline due to age or health issues. But the staff at Valley View make the situation so much better. They treat the patients kindly and with great respect – even when they don’t know you’re watching. They seem happy to work there and that definitely translates to happier residents. When you need assistance, you never have to search for someone to help. All in all, they do a great job of caring.

Valley View was absolutely fantastic with my mothers care in her final days. Shelleye the admin lady was amazing. I couldn’t have made it through this hard time without their tender care.

Valley view Nursing and rehabilitation helped my father tremendously. His Dr Julie Franden was very caring and special. His nurses were excellent. However I must say the social worker , and Karen the hospice nurse really helped us resolve a family problem that was holding my father from moving on. We made a plan and got the offended family member to join and release my father. It was a truly memorable experience. I am so grateful for everyone’s contribution. The staff was very generous and kind. Thank you Jennifer

FAQ

Have a Question?

Get in Touch

Considering a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility can be a confusing process. Please reach out with any questions or concerns you may have. We’re here to help.
How do I pay for my time at your facility?
We work with most major insurances–including Medicare and Medicaid–to cover your stay and services provided. Use the contact form or give us a call to answer questions about your specific plan or provider.
What should I bring with me during my stay?
In general, we will provide you with basic essentials for living and hygiene. If you have specific products you like to use, please feel free to bring them. You’ll need comfortable clothing for 7-10 days, and any personal items you’d like to have, though we recommend leaving jewelry and valuables at home.
Who do you treat for rehabilitation services?
We are a skilled nursing facility, or SNF. Our therapists specialize in physical, occupational, and speech therapy to help individuals regain their independence at home. Typical patients are elderly, and require rehab following an accident or surgery, and their stay is usually covered by insurance. We do not offer drug or alcohol rehabilitation services.
